Stress Relief Roller

The Caire hand-polished stone Body Ritual Roller effortlessly soothes and depuffs while improving the benefits of our anti-aging Serum (or other treatment) application, penetration, and effectiveness.  This uniquely designed Stress Relief Roller is designed for use on the face, neck and body. Made of hand-polished pure Rose Quartz and finished with a beautiful rose gold plate, it features four air-chilled rolling quartz spheres for naturally gentle self-care.

Ideally use the roller daily for a few minutes. The Stress Relief Roller is naturally ‘cool’ to the touch, but you can also refrigerate it for specific anti-inflammation or anti-hot flash use.  De-puff, de-wrinkle, and de-hot flash at the same time!

How to Use with Caire's Products

With the Stress Relief roller

The rolling action will depuff, detox, soothe, and smooth, and it will help your Caire Serum to travel more deeply in, encouraging the skin to hydrate from within and to build new Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid.  If used with the Caire Serum or any other product, after use, please use a very small amount of mild soap and water to clear any residue.

How to Roll:

When rolling please remember to be gentle, this should be effortless, not hard. 

Face forward: Using a roller isn't just for the face and can be used all over the body.  Rolling can help to enhance relaxation of tight or strained muscles, help reduce inflammation or fluid retention in the skin, improve circulation to help give the skin a radiant glow and relieve overall stress.

Serum or dry:  Body rolling can be done either over clean, dry, cleansed skin or it can also be done on top of a serum, oil or moisturizer, as you like.

Cool off hot flash helper: Rose Quartz will air chill naturally and will be cool to the touch.  However, it can also be refrigerated should you wish to have a cooling massage experience.

Cleansing ritual: Once you have used your roller it’s best to wipe the roller head with rubbing alcohol after each use and store in a clean, dry place.

A stone with soul: We chose Rose Quartz is said to emit energetic vibrations of love, self-love, self-worth, kindness and compassion. Let them roll over you.

We chose rose quartz because rose quartz as a crystal is known for emitting energetic vibrations of unconditional love, self-love, kindness and its ability to attract love, and well, doesn’t love & kindness make the world go round? 

Rolling Benefits:

• Everyone loves a bit of stress relief.

Directions:

For best results and superior  lymphatic drainage (1 to at least 4 times per week): Starting with the upper half of the body, apply light to medium pressure just under the collar bone and then roll in short upward strokes to just over the collar bone. Then next move to the arms and move in long strokes upwards from the elbows, aiming for the armpits. Then move to below the elbows and move in long strokes upwards from the hands.  Roll over each area 3 to 4 times.

For the lower half of the body, start by pressing into near the groin area on each side of the body and slightly wiggle the roller from side to side. Once you move to the legs, roll from the feet up to the knees and then the knees up to the groin using long upward strokes. Once you move to the backs of the legs, roll upwards from the knees over the backs of the thighs and then around the hips to the groin area.

For muscle release (as frequently as desired): Using a combination of long and short firm strokes on any areas in need of attention, gently move the roller in a back and forth motion, intermittently holding it in place while adding additional pressure with a slight wiggling motion. Repeat on each area as desired, as frequently as desired keeping in mind to be gentle with yourself and .

Precaution

Rose quartz is a natural pink colored stone, so there will be variation in the color of each individual roller.

Please keep in mind that rose quartz can chip, crack or break when dropped or packed tightly especially without adequate wrapping or cushioning. Returns or exchanges of rollers purchased from cairebeauty.com or any of the  retailers we sell in will unfortunately not be offered if your roller should become damaged after delivered intact to you.

We’ve provided ‘how to rose and roll’ instructions below but please feel free to change it up. The roller works beautifully with our Serum but you can use it with any serum, oil, or moisturizer you may have.

How to Use with Caire's Products

Serum

Start with clean skin and gently apply Theorem Serum Boost around the eyes, and then all over the face & neck (using 1 - 2 dropperfuls of serum). The serum is Dermatologically Tested and is safe for use around the eyes (undereye, outer eye & eyelid). Allow the Serum to absorb about 1 minute before starting your gua sha ritual. Allow Serum to absorb about 30 seconds before rolling.

With the gua sha

Using the three-sided gua sha stone in addition to all its other health-giving benefits will help the Serum to penetrate more deeply into the dermis, thereby super-sizing your Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid skin cell generation benefit.
