How do you assure that all of the products on TheWMarketplace are sold by women-owned or gender-balanced businesses?

Each merchant or professional service provider completes a short self-assessment prior to joining TheWMarketplace.

What is your return policy?

Every seller on the site has its individual return policy. Please check the store policies before purchasing!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free every day – no minimums! Our policy is that all sellers ship within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, every order includes tracking!

What if I have a question about my order? Do you have an 800 number?

You can always reach us a CustomerCare@thewmarketplace.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We do not have an 800 number at this time.

Are products more or less expensive because they are offered on TheWMarketplace?

No. TheWMarketplace is an online sales platform like many others. The difference is that when you shop and purchase goods and services on TheWMarketplace, you are having a direct impact on the effort to close the economic gender gap – and you keep ALL the money within women-owned businesses.

TheWMarketplace customers search for professional service providers by name, category of service or by keyword search. Each service provider has a contact button that will send a notice to them to get in touch with you.

Is there a fee to join TheWmarketplace?

No. Membership in TheWmarketplace is free to shoppers.

How do I learn about your sellers?

Great question! You can learn about our sellers on their seller service page (hyperlinked from products), read about many of them on the Her Story blog and watch them on our recorded LIVE events.
