Sunflower Oil, Cayenne Powder (Capsicum annuum) Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale) Turmeric Powder (Curcuma longa) Arnica (Arnica montanic)

For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes, mucus membranes and clothes. Do not use on broken skin. Wash hands after use. Discontinue use and consult a physician if redness, irritation, discomfort or other adverse reactions occur. 

Avoid this product if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients in this product. Do not use on children or animals. Keep out of reach of children.
