Sand is natures filtration system, eliminating impurities & assuring olives of the highest quality. Our Koronieki Extra Virgin Estate Olive Oil is a robust olive oil with golden reflections. It introduces itself with a fruity olive aroma in a medium intensity, accompanied by notes of bitter herbs and artichokes. A robust, bitter, spicy palate is balanced, with a lengthy journey through the different notes, closing gracefully with a signature peppery finish. Uses: Use it for a dipping oil for crusty bread. As a salad dressing along side a squeeze of lemon. On a Greek salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, feta cheese and Kalamata olives.
