& Tonic Artisanal Tonic Syrup

&Tonic is an all-natural, artisanal tonic syrup hand-crafted in Seattle from the freshest ingredients available. Fresh, organic limes, lemons, and oranges give &Tonic its burst of citrus, while the bark of the Peruvian Cinchona tree lends its beautiful amber color and a touch of bitterness. Specially chosen spices round out this unique tonic syrup with earthy back notes.   Lovingly hand-crafted in small batches. No preservatives added. 

We've partnered with &Tonic because of its natural affinity with our ciders and Calvados! The citrus-y blend enhances the taste of apples and adds depth and nuance to cocktails.

The Pear & Tonique

1/4 part &Tonic 
3/4 parts Pierre Huet Poiré (pear cider)
Pour &Tonic into a rocks glass with ice and top with poiré.

The Calvados & Tonique

1/4 part &Tonic 
3/4 parts Pierre Huet Calvados VS or Marquis de Saint Loup Calvados VS
Good quality club soda
Pour &Tonic into a long drink glass filled with ice.
Add Calvados and stir.
Top with club soda.
