Welcome to The Aussie Health Coach.

WHO: I’m, Brooke, an Australian health coach with a background in fitness and a specialization in hormone health.

WHAT: My goal is to bring the best health practices from Australia to the US, providing a solid, results-driven stress management plan for the women of America. Spurring me on is my desire to lessen your time, money, and stress spent on long term health issues.

WHY: Every day we face mental, physical, and emotional stressors which in turn affect our mind, body, and soul. Chronic stress can wreak havoc on almost all of our bodily systems and push us to our limits. Working through a behavioral change stress management program can make it possible to reverse and even prevent many associated illnesses.

HOW: I guide my clients through positive behavioral and lifestyle changes by means of education, support, and accountability. I make sure each of my clients is equipped with easily integrated, and practical, sustainable practices. Each client will have all the tools, hacks, and resources they need to thrive. Every woman is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all in my programs. Each program is highly personalized with the one common goal that every woman leaves an honorary laid-back Aussie. 

WHERE: All sessions will be held via Zoom or by phone, with all resources emailed to each client.
