Better yet, they are designed for vegan baking! Our directions give you the choice of using aquafaba or egg when you make your cookies - or, in a pinch, water will work, too.

Aquafaba is the water that is poured from a can of garbanzo beans (or any white bean). Using this ingredient in place of eggs, you can make this mix completely vegan.
Aquafaba is such a great egg substitute and you also get to "upcycle" your food wastes into something amazing. We use garbanzo beans most of the time as it produces a great, thick "aquafaba" (French for bean water).
