The Small/Medium measures 24" at the top smaller neck chain (including clasp) and 38 1/2" at the bottom larger waist chain (including clasp).
The Medium/Large measures 30" at the top smaller neck chain (including chain) and 45" at the bottom larger waist chain (including clasp).
The Large/X-Large measures 45" at the top smaller neck chain (including clasp) and 55" at the bottom larger waist chain (including clasp).
