Hand Painted Chinese Blue & White Vase

Query submitted

Skillfully decorated vase with ovoid body, shaped almost like a ginger jar but with a wide mouth.  The foliage motif is dominated by swirling vines and leaves, surrounding flowers on opposite sides of the vase. The inside of the vase is not glazed

The foot ring is slightly recessed and unmarked. There appears to be the remnant of a "made  in China" or "made in Hong Kong" sticker still affixed. There is a small chip on the upper lip and a couple of iron spots in the glaze. The vase is thought to be mid to late 20th century, but the actual age is unknown.

The vase is approximately 7.5 inches tall, with a 3.75 inch wide mouth.  The widest part of the body measures approximately 5.5 inches.
