The journal also includes a weekly section on gratitude and assistance on prioritizing what matters most…you, your family and your career.

This journal has similar topics to the “In Motherhood” journal but has a greater focus on prioritization, planning and optimizing processes to help you be authentic and joyful in your life and career.

Some specific topics you will reflect on are: sleep, community support, nutrition, mom-identity, physical fitness, family systems, career, gratitude and goal setting. This journal is for the parent that wants to focus on whole self AND dive in deeper in areas surrounding their career, prioritization and planning.
