A delicious single-origin from the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia
Fully Washed coffee from the celebrated Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.
Ethiopian Heirloom varieties produce a complex floral cup with notes of strawberries, plum and black tea.
The coffee is grown by Bedhatu Jibicho, who has been cultivating coffee on her farm since the 1950s. She is over 80 and she is passing on the traditional techniques of processing Ethiopian coffee to the next generation.
