The Elli & Manos line of Greek Flavor Bursts gives you an intense punch of authentic Greek flavor without any preservatives or additives. This one is a perfectly balanced mix of tomato, authentic feta cheese made from sheep and goat milk, and extra virgin olive oil. Importantly, there are no artificial flavors or colorants, nor any preservatives or additives, so do give a good stir if needed. 

We love the thick, spreadable texture as a rich base for pizza, bruschetta, as a tapenade or rich dip. We add a bit of olive oil and cooking water for a simple yet highly aromatic pasta sauce. Mix it with spaghetti for a simple yet flavorful easy lunch or dinner.
