Tangerines from the Greek island of Chios are the star ingredient in this award-winning, traditional marmalade. Inspired by the unique citrus fruits brought centuries ago to Chios by the Venetians, this marmalade is handmade using the unique variety of Chian Mandarin, a product of Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). The bold aroma and flavor are more pronounced than the typical clementine tangerines we know in the States. Importantly, there are no preservatives, additives, artificial flavors nor colorants. A versatile addition to your pantry, use it on toast, in sandwiches or as a quick addition to store-bought desserts.
