Not only do we work with producers from the best terroirs in the world, we also are committed to working with producers who steward their land for future generations. Whether being certified organic or ensuring that their growing and production processes have minimal impact on the environment, our producers share an incredible passion for the tradition, heritage, and preservation of a unique part of French culture. Kystin Opalyne Brut Cider 330ml
Primarily doux (sweet) and doux-amers (bitter sweet) apples are used in its production giving this beautiful, golden cider a range of complexity that is easy to enjoy. Great for first time drinkers of French cider. Aromas and flavors of honey roasted apples and nuts, dried pear, strawberry jam, pineapple shrub and a hint of baking spices. (Beverage Trade Institute, Gold Medal, 95 points). A hint of apricot and caramel as well.
Kystin Secret Ice Cider
Kystin Secrèt Ice Cider is produced by letting apples freeze on the tree in orchards in Sweden. The frozen apples are then picked and transported whole to Brittany where Sasha Crommar presses the apples, then ferments and filters the pressed apple juice, transforming into this magical elixir. A garnet amber color warms up your senses before you experience the heavenly flavors of baked apple, dried cherry, dried mango and a fleeting hint of ripe banana. The perfectly balanced acid on the finish provides an unexpected grand finale.
Pierre Huet Cidre Pays d'Auge Demi-Sec
Golden, with flashes of orange colors. Flavors of baked apple and apple sauce. Lightly effervescent with frothy bubbles, this cider offers an aroma of ripe fruit while striking the perfect balance between semi-sweetness and sharpness. Serve chilled in white wine glasses.A wonderful brunch cider that goes well with eggs benedict, omelets, and french toast. Delicious with small plates, cheese (creamy, triple crème style), charcuterie. Goes well with light, fruit-based and custard style desserts.
Pierre Huet Cidre Bouché Brut
A dry cider with surprising complexity and notes of green apple skin and ripe apples. A hint of citrus tanginess on the finish. Full bodied with loads of personality. Pair it with just about anything - hearty meals, vegetarian meals, seafood, cheese, charcuterie. Apple varieties include Bedan, Binet Rouge, Bisquet, Fréquin Rouge, Saint Martin, Rambault, Moulin à Vent, and Mettais. Keep several chilled for when guests arrive. It's a favorite!
Pierre Huet Pommeau de Normandie
A unique and delicious aperitif wine made by mixing 2/3 fresh apple juice and 1/3 one-year-old Calvados (a brandy spirit made from apples) then aging it for three to four years in old oak barrels at the Manoir La Brière des Fontaines estate in Normandy, France. Beautiful garnet color. Rich apple aromas that quickly give way to tastes of almond, honey, dried cherry and salted caramel on the palate. A lingering subtle oak finish. Medium bodied, classy, and bright.
Maison Herout Tradition Brut Cider 2020
An organic cider produced on the Cotentin peninsula in Normandy by woman cider maker - Marie-Agnes Herout. Maison Herout AOC Cotentin Cuvée Tradition Brut Cider is the latest vintage that has been released by the Maison Herout Estate. Each year, the estate creates a series of vintage ciders that represent a specific year's harvest. This latest release is from the 2020 harvest. Like wine, the flavors of these vintage ciders change each year depending on how the weather has affected the apple production. Full bodied and spicy, the Cuvée Tradition Brut 2020 distinguishes itself by its orange gold color and very fine bubbles. Subtle aromas reminiscent of butter and dried herbs. On the mouth, a level of acidity that assures balance while allowing a refreshing sharpness to come through.
Maison Herout Grande Cuvée Extra-Brut Cider 2019/2020 2020
An organic cider produced on the Cotentin peninsula in Normandy by woman cider maker - Marie-Agnes Herout. Golden yellow color. Aromas and flavors of pickled apples, grassy herbs and creamy cheese. Very dry and crisp, displaying a nice level of acidity and even a hint of salinity, like a cool sea breeze. Lovely balance and flavor integration. Maison Herout Amour Cider 330ml
Produced in the Cotentin Peninsula of Normandy France using artisanal techniques perfected by woman cider-maker Marie-Agnes Herout of Maison Hérout, this authentic Normandy cider offers fresh, crisp, and round notes. It's dry - but not too dry. Organic, with the second fermentation occurring in the bottle. Packaged with love. It's like biting into a cold, crispy apple followed by hints of orange citrus, forest floor, bitter coffee bean. Slight lavender and apricot on the finish. Full bodied with layered complexity that dances across your palate.
Nelcius Single Malt French Whisky - Cépage Cabernet Sauvignon
Lovely baking spices on the nose with hints of vanilla and oak. Discreet notes of brown sugar and preserved fruits. In the mouth, a nice balance with delicate liveliness and a warm butterscotch flavor. Very forward vanilla which accentuates the sweetness brought by the Cabernet Sauvignon finish. A perfect balance of heat and flavor.

Deau Napolean Cognac
This grand cognac is a reflection of the talent and expertise of our cellar masters, both in the selection of mature eaux-de-vie and in their blending. A long aging process is required to make this Napoléon. Rich aromas of vanilla, roasted coffee, and dark chocolate. A stark blend of spices, flowers, and linden. Lovely taste fulfilling all expectations, with a remarkable balance between notes of rancio, saffron, candied fruit, and dark tobacco on the finish.

Produced at Distillerie Moisans, this Maison Royale Brandy VSOP, 4 years, is made with the same expertise and care that goes into making their fine Cognacs. Aromas are warming, and nutty. On the palate, this brandy has flavors of fresh spring peach and apricot with vanilla rounding out the finish. Goes down very smoothly.
Maison Royale Brandy XO in Crystal Carafe
Produced at Distillerie Moisans, this Maison Royale Brandy XO, 15 years, is made with the same expertise and care that goes into making their fine Cognacs. On the nose, this 15-year-old brandy is caramel and walnut. On the palate, flavors of dried apricot and poached pear with cinnamon rounding out the finish. A fine brandy for enjoying with friends.
Pierre Huet Calvados AOC Tradition 15 year
Silver Medal Winner of the Paris Spirits Concours, 2023.Complex with subtle aromas of butter toffee and flowers. Smooth on the palate, with a finish slightly reminiscent of honeysuckle. Made from distilled apple/pear cider. Serve in a small brandy glass.
Marquis de Saint Loup Vieille Reserve Calvados
The Vieille Réserve is made up of several of AOC Pays D'Auge Calvados, all of which have been aged in former wine casks for at least four years. Lovely pale straw color in the glass. Subtle aroma of sweet cider, baked apples, gingerbread, and vanilla, and hints of cinnamon with a finish of almond, bee’s wax, and honey.

Marquis de Saint Loup Calvados Vintage 1999
This heady AOC Calvados is drawn from one, unique distillation batch from 1999 that was aged in small, oak casks that previously held sherry and port. This superb Calvados greets you with the aromas of crème brulée and roasted sugar. Very buttery and round on the palate – somewhere between caramel and butterscotch. A slight hint of horehound on the finish (licorice and root beer!). The mouth is rich, well -structured and full-bodied.
