TheWMarketplace is not directly involved in transactions between Buyers and Sellers using TheWMarketplace. All Sellers using TheWMarketplace are responsible for their own return and refund policies, and Buyers should consult and follow those policies in case of any questions or problems. Where a Buyer returns a product or requests a refund for services, however, We will facilitate refunds or credits through Our platform under the following terms and conditions.
Buyers must make their return or refund request directly to the Seller and comply with the Seller’s rules and policies. Please do not send any items to Us.
We can only facilitate refunds and credits approved by Sellers within 90 days of delivery of the product or service to You. If more than 90 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, We can’t offer you a refund or credit through Our platform. In that case, however, you can still communicate directly with the Seller and come to an agreement.
To return your product, you must follow the Seller’s instructions and policies, including obtaining an authorization and shipping address from the Seller where required.
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and in some cases the Seller may deduct shipping costs from any refund or credit. Again, you should consult the Seller’s rules and policies for questions about shipping.
We don’t process returns or guarantee that the Seller will receive your returned item, and you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds & Credits through Our Platform
Once the Seller notifies Us that your return and refund or credit has been approved, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days of the date of approval.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges and Gifts
Exchanges and Gift Returns are undertaken solely at the Seller’s discretion, in accordance with the Seller’s policies. The WMarketplace does not assume responsibility for Exchanges or Gifts.
Help from The WMarketplace
Although we cannot take on the obligation to do so, we will attempt to help Buyers and Sellers resolve return and refund issues where possible In those cases, we may need to request additional information or assistance from you, and we ask that You respond promptly to allow us to help. Please keep in mind that if we attempt to help resolve such concerns, we cannot guarantee a resolution in your favor.
In the event that We decide to issue a refund on behalf of a Seller without regard to the Seller’s approval, including where appropriate of shipping costs, we reserve the right to issue that refund in the form of a credit on Our platform.
In those instances where we attempt to resolve a return or refund concern, You understand and agree that We may use your personal information for the purpose of resolving disputes with other users.
