You will be guided in a mindful yoga practice that is designed specifically to help calm the nervous system and restore it to a natural state of harmonious balance.
This class takes place Wednesdays 9:15 -10:30 am weekly. You can register for the Wednesdays that work best for you. You do not need to schedule 5 weeks in a row. This is an ongoing drop in class.
Upon purchase of a 5 class pass, you will receive login information so that you can pick and choose the schedule that works best for you.
