Purchase a 5 class pass to join in on this class that can calm and soothe a busy body and mind. Whether you are working with anxiety or insomnia or if you simply want to be proactive about the stress in your life, this class can help.

You will be guided in a mindful yoga practice that is designed specifically to help calm the nervous system and restore it to a natural state of harmonious balance.

This class takes place Wednesdays 9:15 -10:30 am weekly. You can register for the Wednesdays that work best for you. You do not need to schedule 5 weeks in a row.  This is an ongoing drop in class.
 
Upon purchase of a 5 class pass, you will receive login information so that you can pick and choose the schedule that works best for you.
