QUEEN UP LIFE

Item Description

Have you ever wondered why you make the decisions you make with your money? Probably not.

Yes, we may experience financial problems, but what I’m talking about is actually discovering the subconscious patterns that we inherited from our parents and how they affect us today. This is not about budgeting and spreadsheets and all the logistics and planning. Those are important and we can do that, but this is taking it back to the foundation of our beliefs and money stories so we can have a better awareness of why those things aren’t sticking.  Think about it - how many times have you tried to stick to a budget? Are you wondering why you keep spending? Do you have a hard time feeling you deserve to spend money on a treat for yourself?

Money is not just about the numbers and that’s what this is. We explore your money story/bio, what did you learn from your parents or whoever raised you, and why you have the relationship with money that you have today and how can we change that to create healthy and better habits and make progress towars building wealth.

Money Coaching

The initial process consists of five (5) one-hour sessions in which we explore your relationship with money. This process will help you to understand your underlying patterns and behaviors around money. From here, we move forward to see how those patterns are manifested in your life today and how they are impacting you personally and financially.

The money coaching core process is highly experiential and during these sessions you will learn how you are “hardwired” around money in ways that are generally not fully conscious. By the end of the fifth session, you will have a clear understanding of your core money patterns and their origin and can begin to work on your “Money Coaching Action Plan.”

Money Coaching sessions can be conducted effectively through phone or via Zoom.

In our 5 weeks of one-to-one coaching together you’ll have:

  • An understanding and new level of awareness of what the problem or issue is
  • The willingness to change, which literally involves doing something different than what we’ve been doing previously
  • New strategies and actions for change to start implementing
  • A better relationship with your money so you can be more aware of your financial decisions
