When COVID hit sixteen months ago the ordinary patterns of our lives simply stopped, and while there were devastating consequences to this, there was also the once in a lifetime opportunity to pause and take a breath.

In the pause, with all we held to be solid and true ripped down around us, we were forced to take a deeper look at ourselves, our relationships, our values and beliefs. We have all come out changed by the experience and it’s important to recognize this. 

We are eager for the  good old days of traveling and hanging out with friends, but what have we learned about ourselves that we don’t want to forget and what do we want to let go of from our pre-pandemic life? 

  •  What became intolerable when you were no longer able to numb yourself with your busyness? 
  • What did you like about your pandemic life and what do you dread about going back to normal?

How can you use this time of transition before we fully re-enter the world to be intentional about the life you’re living? 

Maybe you’re ready to launch your dream business, or you want more flexibility in your existing job or you have a desire to cash in on the real estate boom and move to Costa Rica. Whatever it is, you deserve to take some time to create a bold vision for a happier post-pandemic life.
