When Billie Jo Delfin sent her husband to work with healthy, homemade snack bars during an overseas assignment in 2013, little did she know that her love for baking would be a business that she would still be running nearly a decade later. In some ways, B’ Bites was a natural outcome of Billie’s educational background and degree in Health Education and her extensive business experience. But it also reflects her passion for creating healthy snacks that people who have food intolerances can trust and enjoy.

Read about Billie’s story and then try her delicious snack bars! They are all handcrafted in small batches and made with eight ingredients or less from Organic, Non-Gmo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Kosher, and Certified-Vegan ingredients.

What inspired you to start B’ Bites?

B’ Bites was launched in November of 2013. I was inspired to implement B’ Bites after I was living in Europe with my husband on an overseas work assignment. The snack bars I made for him to take to work become such big hit with his colleagues. Being that Europe has very fresh and clean ingredients, this was something that inspired me to carry this Healthy Snack on in the states. I also come from a Nutrition and Wellness background so healthy eating, snacking, and baking has been one of my main focuses personally and professionally. Additionally, I wanted to create a product that those with dietary restrictions could enjoy our snacks while reaping the benefit of a healthy clean snack.
